How to Request a Refund

- Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back to us
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
For damaged or defective items, we provide a free return shipping label.
For returns not related to damage or defects, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or need to replace a defective item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items
